It is a mechanism to exert financial and technical control over the deployment of work and the realisation of value. Simply put, governance keeps an organisation moving towards its strategic objectives.

The Wagile™ Governance Framework was created by the E&P founders through their experiences of managing portfolios and complex IT programmes for large organisations. We realised the need for good governance and established the framework over several years for a number of customers in multiple industries.
